Training Course in European and International Environmental Law

Montreal 4-15 July, 2005

The Centre for International Studies of the University of Montreal (CERIUM) and its Jean Monnet Chair in European Integration, with the scientific support of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), organize their first TRAINING COURSE IN EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL LAW.

This programme, offered in English, includes 60 hours of lectures and case studies. It will take place at the University of Montreal (Canada), from July 4 to July 15, 2005. The objective of this programme is to offer an intensive, advanced training course in European and International Environmental Law, and, secondly, to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience between participants of different nationalities.

This training course is designed primarily for:

  • Public administrators dealing with environmental issues
  • NGOs and other international associations
  • Judges, lawyers
  • Scientific, academic, or research organizations
  • Professionals or professional associations
