ECOMONDO, the leading show in the field of material and energy recovery and sustainable development,
celebrates its tenth anniversary by expanding its energy sector, with a special focus on the world of
'renewable' energy sources, energy efficiency and sustainable mobility.
An entire hall will in fact be devoted to the Ecomondo energy project, developed based on the guidelines provided by a scientific committee established to this end, led by Rimini Fiera, and seeing the participation of representatives of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, Apat, Enea, Fire, Kyoto Club, Legambiente, Safe - Sostenibilità Ambientale, Confartigianato Energia representing the six national confederations participating in the project called 'Intelligent Energy for SMEs', Euromobility, the Emilia Romagna Regional Authorities – Energy Policy Department, and the Provincial Authorities of Rimini – Councillorship for the Environment.
The formula of the new project devoted to energy by Ecomondo foresees an agenda of conferences devoted to topical issues, an exhibiting area which will provide sector members with operational indications, and three demo areas, showing techniques to produce and use alternative energy.
