Port of Entry reserves the right to terminate your access to the Port of Entry web site, any services and any accounts you may have in connection with the Port of Entry web site at any time and, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. You agree that Port of Entry shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Port of Entry web site, or any accounts you may have in connection with the Port of Entry web site.

8. Children and persons under 18 years are not eligible to use Port of Entry site and we ask they do not submit any personal information to us.

In addition to use and disclosure of your personal information as contemplated by our Privacy Policy, Port of Entry reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Port of Entry deems necessary to enforce the foregoing Service User Agreement or any other Port of Entry policies, to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, and to respond to claims that the Port of Entry web site violate the rights of third parties.

10. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario.

11. Your membership is optional. If at any time you would like to discontinue your Port of Entry membership, please us and we will remove your member account.
